Our client, a national leader in health care and business dispute litigation, is seeking a highly motivated attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of health care litigation, regulatory, and operational issues, and should be well-versed in federal and state court proceedings, arbitrations, and administrative hearings. Key responsibilities include research, briefing, arguing motions, written discovery, depositions, and client interactions. Candidates must possess excellent writing skills, be able to manage multiple deadlines independently, and thrive in a team environment. A background in health care is advantageous. Applicants should have high academic marks from a reputable law school and be in good standing with the Colorado State Bar.
