Job summary

NOVO Health Services is seeking a full-time Laundry Associate in Skokie, IL. You will manage and process customer-owned goods, unload soiled linens, and assist with folding and distribution across facilities while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires the ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. Benefits include paid holidays, PTO, and health plans.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a noisy fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to stand and move for entire work shift.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs; and occasionally push/pull over 75 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Keep all personal laundry items organized by facility.
• Unload soiled items from carts into mesh laundry bags.
• Load items into dryers and return to baskets for folding stations.
• Deliver laundry baskets to folding stations and ensure area is kept clean and well maintained.
