Healthcare Services Group Inc. is hiring a Laundry Worker to maintain linens and garments for residents in a long-term care facility. You will sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute laundry items while following safety and infection-control guidelines.

The role emphasizes positive resident and staff interactions and reliable daily task execution. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and a willingness to work with residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous laundry experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area is required.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and personal clothing.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain records of laundry activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
