Job summary

The Linen Technician at Crown Health Care Laundry Services, LLC is responsible for delivering clean linen, collecting soiled textiles, and maintaining accurate inventories. This role requires timely, safe, and efficient performance in a healthcare facility.

You will record data, organize linen storage, and coordinate with the LDM and team to meet par levels. Must pass background check and drug screening; first shift availability is expected.

Responsibilities

• Work the assigned schedule without delay, tardiness, or absenteeism.
• Deliver clean linen in a neat, orderly fashion; collect and transport soiled linen; record inventories and quantities.
• Record data using tablets or order sheets; maintain linen storage areas in accordance with Crown policies and instructions from the LDM.
• Receive customer calls for service; document nature of call and fulfill requests promptly.
• Observe and report linen abuse or poor utilization to the LDM.
• Manage linen inventory levels and ensure par levels are met.
• Inventory exchange carts and restore to prescribed par levels; transport carts safely.
• Record data and maintain neat, orderly linen room.
• Be willing to perform other duties as assigned; work with both clean and soiled linen per policies.
