Job summary
Scale AI is seeking a Solutions Engineering Lead for Healthcare & Life Sciences in the US. You will manage 3–5 Solutions Engineers and own the most strategic accounts, guiding demos, architecture discussions, and regulatory compliance questions. Build playbooks and collaborate with GTM, Product, and Engineering to shape the vertical.
You will drive PHI handling, HIPAA/HITRUST alignment, and clinical workflow adoption while mentoring the team and expanding the vertical’s impact.
Qualifications
- Strong engineering background with hands-on customer-facing tech experience.
- Experience mentoring or leading technical contributors; tech lead track records matter.
- Direct experience selling or deploying software in healthcare or life sciences with regulatory familiarity.
Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and grow a team of 3–5 Solutions Engineers; set expectations and hire as needed.
- Own the technical win on strategic healthcare and life sciences accounts; lead demos and architecture discussions.
- Build the vertical's technical playbook: references, demos, evaluation frameworks, SOW patterns.
