Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisory experience or currently pursuing a business-related degree, showing leadership potential
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintain confidentiality and resolve patient or customer concerns effectively
• Patient-centric mindset with a drive for business growth and achieving objectives
• Self-driven and results-oriented with a commitment to personal and professional development

Responsibilities

• Participate in 1-3 month rotations across clinic positions to gain leadership and operations knowledge
• Develop persuasive communication to promote Serenity's healthcare options and overcome objections
• Learn business development strategies and collaborate on marketing initiatives
• Elevate patient experience by prioritizing mental health and education on treatments
• Master the Electronic Health Records system for accurate care coordination
• Develop exceptional consultation skills to gather patient information and design personalized treatment plans
