Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Laundry Aide to support the daily laundry operations within our facility in Mississippi.

The role involves performing routine laundry tasks, coordinating with nursing and activity services, and ensuring proper handling of resident laundry with attention to quality and timeliness. The ideal candidate will follow established procedures, maintain cleanliness, and participate in department meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Must maintain a clean and sanitary laundry area.
• Must be able to lift and move items as required by laundry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day laundry functions as assigned.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold and distribute clean laundry to residents daily or as instructed.
• Maintain and operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow established laundry procedures and safety protocols.
