Healthcare Services Group, Inc is hiring a Laundry Worker to maintain clean linens and garments for residents in a long-term care facility. You will operate laundry equipment, follow infection control policies, and deliver friendly service to residents and staff.

The role emphasizes physical stamina, reliable teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols to ensure a clean, welcoming environment for all residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous laundry experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and personal clothing.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain records of laundry activities and report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies for a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
