Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Laundry Worker to help keep linens and garments clean and available for residents in a long-term care setting.

You will operate laundry equipment safely, maintain records, and interact positively with residents and staff to ensure a welcoming environment. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous laundry experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with staff.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must work around cleaning products and follow safety rules.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions and perform routine tasks.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and personal clothing.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain records of laundry activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions for a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests and provide good service.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
