Job summary

Watertown-Health-Care-Center is seeking a Long-Term Care Laundry Aide to ensure clean linens, clothing, and other items for residents and staff in our facility. You will sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute laundry, operate equipment safely, and uphold infection control guidelines.

A high school diploma and previous healthcare laundry experience are preferred, with the ability to lift and move items. This is a vital role supporting resident comfort and dignity in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of laundry equipment operation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect linens and clothing for stains or damage; follow repair or replacement procedures.
• Maintain organized inventory of clean linens and clothing.
