Job summary

ImageFIRST in Phoenix, AZ is hiring Production Associates to join our healthcare laundry plant. You will work in a team to sort, launder, and prepare linens and garments while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Role requires basic reading/writing skills, ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and standing for the shift. Expect Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays and a 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule, paid weekly with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for the shift.
• Flexible for occasional Saturday work when needed.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled linen and garments by product type.
• Prepare and load clean products for delivery according to route needs.
• Launder medical, hospitality, and food/beverage garments and linens.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace during the shift.
• Follow infection prevention best practices in handling items.
• Inspect linens and package per quality/efficiency standards.
• Operate equipment and decontaminate work area per OSHA standards.
• Adhere to Lock-out/Tag-out policies at all times.
• Complete safety trainings and SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
