Job summary

ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists is seeking Production Associates for our healthcare laundry plant. The role involves sorting soiled linen, loading cleans for delivery, and laundering medical garments while maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout the shift.

Pay is $18.50–$20.00 per hour on the 1st shift (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM). Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to lift up to 30 pounds, with a commitment to infection prevention practices.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills are required.
• U.S. work authorization is required.
• Two valid forms of IDs are needed at hire.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
• Flexibility to handle special requests.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled linen and garments by product type.
• Prepare and load clean products for delivery according to route needs.
• Launder medical linens and garments.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace during shifts.
• Handle and package items following infection prevention best practices.
• Inspect linens and package product per quality standards.
• Operate equipment and decontaminate work areas per OSHA standards.
• Adhere to Lock-out Tag Out policies at all times.
• Support safety training and SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
