Forefront in Pittsburgh is recruiting for a full-time food service team member to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in a healthcare setting. You will follow standardized recipes, monitor temperatures, and assist in storage and supply management under supervision of the Chef Manager.

You will participate in daily tasks, perform quality checks, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Follow standardized recipes, portioning, and presentation standards.
• Complete daily production worksheets and waste logs.
• Taste meals to ensure quality standards.
• Monitor food temperatures to meet established goals.
• Assist in storage of supplies and food products.
• Notify Chef Manager/Director of supply or equipment needs.
• Report equipment breakdowns and unsafe conditions to leadership.
• Comply with health, sanitation, and safety regulations and audits.
• Attend department meetings and participate in mandatory training.
