FutureCare in Clinton, MD is seeking a Cook to join the nutrition department and oversee meal preparation in a healthcare setting. You will lead food preparation, ensure therapeutic diet adherence, and supervise kitchen staff to deliver high-quality meals.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Serve Safe certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of culinary experience in a health care environment.
• Ability to lead and supervise individuals.
• Sufficient mathematical skills for recipe quantities and adjustments.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, particularly recipes.
• Proven ability to cook to scale within a healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of food service sanitation and proper food handling practices.
