Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Checks menu cards, special and/or modified diet lists to determine types and quantities of foods to be prepared.
• Prepares or supervises washing, trimming, cooking and seasoning of all food items.
• Uses kitchen utensils and equipment such as blenders, mixers, grinders, slicers and tenderizers.
• Cooks with steam kettles, grills and ovens; maintains proper temperatures.
