Job summary

This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and some holidays, and to cover other food service duties as needed. Strong sanitation practices and teamwork are essential to support patient care and campus operations.

Qualifications

• Previous cook experience in healthcare, education or hotels preferred
• ServSafe or similar certification preferred
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays, as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patient, retail and catering meals as scheduled
• Maintains regulatory logs for food safety compliance
• Position may be scheduled to cover other positions as needed (cashier, server, dish washing, catering or trayline)
