• Prepares and cooks according to tested recipes and guidelines.
• Prepares desserts, breads, salads and related items.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and equipment.
• Assists with dietary requirements and related paperwork.
• In absence of the Dietary Director, may supervise staff and arrange replacements.
