• Follow established menus and recipes for all meals.
• Maintain meal times and ensure all items are prepared on time.
• Label, date, cover, and store all food items correctly.
• Monitor temperatures and maintain sanitary food preparation procedures.
• Keep records and documentation related to kitchen operations.
• Assist Dining Director with duties related to kitchen operations.
