Qualifications

• One year of cook experience in a large facility.
• Ability to prepare and coordinate orders for timely delivery.
• Knowledge of food products and proper handling.
• Maintain clean, sanitized work areas and proper plating.
• Able to work across stations and follow recipes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold menu items per standardized recipes.
• Ensure appearance, taste, temperature and portions are correct.
• Perform meat/fish prep, sauce making and station closing checks.
• Maintain clean workstation and follow safety and sanitation rules.
• Assist with closing tasks and attend staff meetings.
