Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates reading and following recipes, prep lists, labels and menus; ensures resources for service.
• Provides timely meal service with positive interactions for residents and guests.
• Follows therapeutic menus and allergy guidelines to ensure nutritional care.
• Adheres to all food safety, sanitation and regulatory requirements; proper glove use, labeling, dating and rotation.
• Shows respect to residents, vendors and co-workers within the facility.
• Uses supplies/equipment efficiently to minimize waste and loss.
• Communicates proactively to manage workload and prep lists; supports team.
