Job summary

Minden Medical Center is seeking a Full-Time Information Systems Tech in Minden, Louisiana. You will troubleshoot technical issues, maintain and upgrade our information systems, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to meet technology needs, enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.

You will monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, provide staff training as needed, and help implement new software.

Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Applications including server OS, Office Suite.
Strong understanding of Active Directory and NTFS permissions.
Familiarity with TCP/IP and SNMP protocols for troubleshooting.
