Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; bachelor’s degree or technical certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience administering networks, servers and client PCs; experience with database programming and office suite software; prior healthcare MIS environment preferred.
• Knowledge: Computer hardware and software skills. LAN/WAN knowledge. Knowledge of camera and DVR systems required. Ability to use personal computers, printers, PBX, facsimile machines, photocopy machine, calculator, and typewriter.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation and maintenance of new information systems.
• Perform data entry as required.
• Create and maintain user documentation and procedure manuals.
• Perform training and education for affected staff.
