Qualifications

• Troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing existing software applications to ensure reliable performance.
• Designing, building, testing, implementing, and supporting new applications, enhancements, and modules within the assigned portfolio or service line.
• Developing a deep understanding of application functionality, operational workflows, and the policies, procedures, and constraints of the clinical or business areas supported.
• Partnering with business owners, vendors, and Information Services & Solutions (ISS) team members to analyze complex requests, evaluate options, and recommend effective solutions.
