The position is a flexible hybrid role with on-site presence 1-2 days per month and a compensation range of $105,700-$234,500 annually. The department emphasizes problem-solving and cross-functional teamwork to improve core systems and workflows.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated proficiency with UKG Workforce Central and related time/attendance systems.
• Experience scripting, report development, and application configuration.
• Documenting and testing functionality; participate in all stages of the SDLC.
• Strong MS Office, email, intranet, internet, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing existing software applications to ensure reliable performance.
• Designing, building, testing, implementing, and supporting new applications, enhancements, and modules within the portfolio.
• Developing a deep understanding of application functionality and workflows in supported areas.
• Partnering with business owners, vendors, and ISS team members to analyze requests and recommend solutions.
