Job summary

Stellarus, a healthcare technology company, is seeking a Systems Analyst-Consultant to support the Pharmacy Care Management Platform. You will act as a subject matter expert across technology products, participating in agile ceremonies and partnering with product stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant solutions.

Responsibilities include driving incident management, automating release management with CI/CD and AI, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and mentoring teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Requires at least 7 years of directly related professional experience and deep technical abilities in one or more primary products, programs or technologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and technical counterparts.
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Requires Health Care knowledge and experience, Preferred Pharmacy knowledge and experience.
• Requires database understanding and expert level SQL querying skillset.
• Requires understanding and experience in Agile methodology, Product Model, DevSecOps and Agile tools.
• Proven ability to function in a fast moving and rapidly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence, including Incident Management and process automation leveraging AI.
• Automate and Modernize release management with CI/CD and AI tools.
• Provide analytical support and troubleshooting for application-related issues.
• Work with product stakeholders and technology teams to understand the business domain.
• Document dependencies and write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and represent development areas in demos.
• Act as proxy Product Manager/Scrum Master when necessary.
• Configure, develop, test, troubleshoot, and monitor performance across platforms.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features and improvements.
• Ensure security and compliance standards are met throughout the development and deployment process.
• Lead regular system audits and implement necessary updates and patches.
