Job summary

GuideWell is seeking a skilled IT Business Systems Analyst to join a contract assignment managed via Magnit. The role centers on analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and supporting API design, including FHIR-based integrations, within a hybrid collaboration framework.

You will work with cross-functional teams and vendors, contributing to SDLC deliverables, test planning, and technical documentation while upholding security standards.

Qualifications

• Analyses business needs to determine technical requirements and impacts
• Designs, develops and tests modifications to computer programs and systems
• Prepares detailed system requirements and functional designs for new products/functionality and enhancements

Responsibilities

• Develop test scenarios and test cases for system components
• Support design and execution of FHIR-based APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build API within security standards
• Provide oversight of design specifications and final review
• Prepare technical documentation and deliverables including flow charts, models, and procedures
• Mentor junior analysts on test strategies and development of test plans
