Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst in Jacksonville, FL (hybrid). The contractor will work on InterSystems-based healthcare integrations, FHIR APIs, and migration to Intersystems IRIS for Health. Remote work may be possible; relocation/travel to offices may be required.

The role analyzes business needs, drafts requirements, and supports testing and documentation across IT teams for complex healthcare systems.

Qualifications

Analyzes business needs to determine technical requirements and identifies impacted areas/systems/processes.
Designs and develops, documents, tests or supports modification of computer programs and/or systems.
Researches and designs solutions for maintenance requests to resolve system problems.

Responsibilities

Support the design and execution of FHIR Based APIs.
Support migration and onboarding of Intersystems as an edifecs replacement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build APIs within security standards.
Use FHIR and interoperability experience to create requirements and perform testing of APIs with vendors.
Be the SME and point of contact across IT teams; participate in end-to-end API solutions.
