Job summary

CereCore is seeking a Client Support Analyst to join our team in Nashville, TN. The role focuses on delivering expert client support within the Revenue Cycle line of business and maintaining strong client relationships through timely resolutions.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of experience, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Desktop skills and ITIL knowledge are also valued assets for this position.

Qualifications

• Desktop skills and customer support experience preferred.
• Root cause and trend analysis experience.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory/NT account administration preferred.
• Understanding of ITIL and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates client support services for CereCore clients.
• Documents customer inquiries, issues and resolutions via phone, email or other streams to diagnose and resolve.
• Educates and trains clients as needed to resolve requests; expands product knowledge within Revenue Cycle specialty.
• Maintains professionalism and builds strong client relationships with timely updates and escalation when needed.
• Supports incident management and ensures SLA commitments are met.
• Provides after-hours and on-call support as required.
• Participates in project meetings, testing, and documentation of procedures.
