Job summary

Institute on Aging is seeking a Security Analyst to assess information risk and drive remediation across IOA's IT network, systems, and applications. You will perform vulnerability assessments, monitor risk posture, and report findings to leadership in support of HIPAA, SOC2, and HITRUST compliance.

The role requires 4+ years in IT security, experience with IPS/IDS and SIEM, Windows server/admin experience, and strong written and oral communication to coordinate audits, vendor risk, and security

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT security or information security experience.
• Experience with HIPAA, SOC2, HITRUST, PCI, etc.
• Ability to produce security reports and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Assess information risk and remediation tasks across IOA’s infrastructure.
• Perform vulnerability assessments using IT security tools.
• Support IT audits and regulatory compliance activities.
• Provide guidance on security policies and vendor risk management.
