Job summary

Medstreaming, a Harris Computer company, seeks a Director of Sales & Business Development to drive North America growth. You will lead strategic selling, build pipelines, and close deals in healthcare IT.

Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, partnering with R&D/Product/Marketing, acquiring new customers, and managing key relationships. Travel up to 30% across North America; remote work options available.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of software sales experience in healthcare IT.
Proven leadership and quota-achievement track record.
Experience selling complex solutions to hospitals/health systems.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and lead market analysis to justify product optimization.
Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Marketing to define go-to-market initiatives.
Identify, prospect and cultivate a pipeline of new business opportunities in healthcare organizations.
Lead complex sales cycles from engagement to contract execution and articulate value to executives.
Provide regular forecasts and analyze market data to drive growth and territory management.
Nurture relationships with customers, partners and industry associations to expand market share.
