Epic is seeking a Project Manager to lead software installation projects and ensure the successful onboarding of healthcare providers. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major) or equivalent academic/professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with a typical month including 1–2 trips lasting 2–4 days.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Lead software installation projects and ensure successful onboarding of healthcare providers to Epic.
• Present to hospital leadership, coordinate end-user training, and provide comprehensive go-live support.
• Travel across the United States (and abroad if needed) as part of the project management team.
• Maintain autonomy in decision-making with strong team support and guidance.
