Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager – Healthcare Applications to lead enterprise-level projects supporting clinical operations, revenue cycle, and patient care initiatives for a major healthcare system in the greater Philadelphia area.

The role requires Epic initiatives, cross-functional coordination, risk management, and clear stakeholder communication to ensure on-time delivery. This long-term contract offers benefits and a hybrid work arrangement.

Formación

• 5+ years IT Project Management experience in hospital/health system.
• Experience supporting healthcare applications implementations or integrations.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, revenue cycle, or patient access.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full lifecycle of healthcare applications including Epic initiatives and software migrations.
• Partner with clinical, revenue cycle, and IT stakeholders to define requirements and drive project alignment.
• Develop project plans, facilitate meetings, and provide status updates to leadership.
• Identify risks, manage issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Maintain project documentation and governance compliance.
