Job summary

Oracle is seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee and improve critical support processes within our healthcare IT environment, focusing on the VA project. You will drive incident management, ensure timely delivery of milestones, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to reduce risk and boost service continuity.

The role requires a strong Cerner Millennium background and proven healthcare IT project management experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Oversee critical support items on the VA project, managing issues that cannot be resolved through traditional support.
Drive the project management lifecycle for incident resolution, ensuring efficient handling of each case.
Manage deliverables across the support project, including milestones and schedules.
Provide feedback to team, customers, and stakeholders when milestones or schedules are at risk.
Ensure projects align with scope and timeline.
Communicate status updates to customer stakeholders and internal management.
Ensure best practices and standards are followed in project execution.
Utilize Cerner Millennium or other EHR platforms to perform basic troubleshooting and support.
