Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required; 0-4 years of experience considered.
• Background in IT, mathematics, engineering, medical technology, radiology, pharmacy, nursing, biomedical engineering, or medicine.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new systems, programming concepts, and healthcare technologies.
• Project Management Certification encouraged.
• Clarity data model certification within 12 months for Clarity team.
• EPIC Bridges certification within 12 months for Interface team.
• Rhapsody Beginner Certification within 12 months for Interface team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, program, test, implement, and support IT systems and applications in a healthcare environment
• Assist in troubleshooting system issues and resolving technical problems in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and clinical needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Support application interfaces, reporting tools, and data workflows as assigned
• Document programming logic, system changes, technical procedures, and support materials
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities
• Help ensure data integrity, system reliability, and compliance with organizational standards
• Provide ongoing support to users and assist with training or knowledge transfer when needed
• Contribute to project work and process improvement initiatives across IT and operational teams
• Perform other duties as assigned
