Job description

Labcorp is hiring a Healthcare IT Product Specialist. This person will serve as an expert on specific products and solutions within Labcorp's Provider Portfolio. They will gain an understanding of the functionality, design, and benefits of the products to effectively communicate and sell them to customers. Qualified candidates will have current or previous experience in a sales or product specialist role, ideally in healthcare.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's product line
  2. Engage with customers to identify needs and suggest appropriate products
  3. Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to clients and potential customers
  4. Assist in creating promotional materials and marketing strategies
  5. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve sales objectives
  6. Provide post-sale support and feedback to customers
  7. Monitor market trends and competitor products
  8. Train staff members about product details
  9. Assist in product development and enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends
Requirements
  1. 3-5 years of experience in a professional business or healthcare environment
  2. Proven experience as a Product Specialist, Sales Engineer, or similar role
  3. Strong technical knowledge of the product category
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  5. Ability to work in a team environment
  6. Customer service orientation
  7. BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
  8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  10. Ability to work with a computer for approximately 6-8 hours a day
  11. Preference for current or former Labcorp employees
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in scientific, business, or technology-related field or equivalent experience

Pay Range: $97,000 – $135,000 annually.

All job offers will be based on skills, relevant experience, degrees/certifications, and internal and market considerations.

Employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), PTO/FTO, Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
