Job summary

The Chautauqua Center, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare System & Network Administrator in Jamestown, NY to manage and support integrated practice management and electronic health record systems.

The role includes workflow analysis, HIPAA security, and ongoing maintenance of Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, and Cisco networking in a healthcare setting. You will travel to regional TCC facilities and collaborate with leadership to ensure reliable clinical and administrative IT

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven system and network administration experience, ideally in a medical setting.
• Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, and Cisco networking.
• Strong written communication and ability to collaborate across a health care organization.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network devices and servers to ensure high availability for clinical and administrative systems.
• Implement cyber security protocols and conduct audits to maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient data.
• Monitor system performance, deploy updates, and plan IT budget for hardware or software needs.
• Develop and test backup procedures and disaster recovery plans to prevent data loss.
• Assist Help Desk staff by troubleshooting complex network issues, AD permissions, and Exchange/Office 365.
• Travel to regional TCC facilities to support IT operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
