Aria Care Partners in Kansas is seeking a Business Analyst to support the analysis, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of technology solutions across the organization. You will translate business needs into requirements, collaborate with clinical, operational, financial, and technology teams, and ensure solutions deliver measurable value while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
1-3 years in business/systems analysis or QA.
Experience gathering requirements and documenting workflows.
Experience developing and executing test cases and UAT.
Experience with healthcare operations, EMR, Salesforce, reporting tools or system integrations preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Gather, document, and validate business requirements and workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to design and implement solutions.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and UAT activities.
Validate system enhancements, integrations, reports, and data conversions.
Support deployment planning, validation, and post-production support.
Analyze data and assist with reporting, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
