Job summary

NextGen Healthcare is seeking a Technical Advisor to serve as the primary technical contact for clients, leading environment creation and data migration within AWS. You will guide discovery, testing, deployment and post go-live support across multiple projects.

You will architect infrastructure, configure NextGen components, and perform SQL and PowerShell scripting to meet customer needs while transferring knowledge to users. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in healthcare IT in a technical role.
• Experience with SaaS/cloud environments.
• Industry certification in networking or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation lifecycle for new and migrating clients to AWS.
• Configure system infrastructure and NextGen components.
• Perform SQL and PowerShell scripting to meet client needs.
• Provide knowledge transfer and post go-live support.
