Job summary

AdventHealth in Minneola, FL is seeking a warehouse associate to support par cart inventories, order picking, and daily deliveries of supplies. You will ensure par areas are stocked, organized, and compliant with safety standards while collaborating with clinicians and the supply chain team.

The role requires basic math, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook, plus ERP familiarity. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Possesses basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Clear English communication with clinicians and team members.
• Proficient computer use: MS Word, Excel, Outlook; ERP familiarity.
• Knowledge of inventory, receiving, replenishment and par level concepts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily par cart inventories, picks orders, confirms orders, and delivers supplies to assigned par areas.
• Ensures par areas are orderly, properly tagged, and sufficiently stocked to meet customer needs.
• Picks up return items following established guidelines.
• Establishes effective relationships with clinicians to ensure collaboration between clinical departments and supply chain.
• Creates requisitions for non-stock supplies as needed in assigned par areas.
• Maintains warehouse areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
• Delivers supplies and packages to customers, obtaining location delivery information.
• Maintains item locations and labels associated with product conversions.
