Job summary

Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare is seeking an experienced Inventory and Distribution Manager to oversee central supply, receiving, inventory control, replenishment and distribution across the hospital system.

You will monitor shortages, backorders, and stockouts while implementing corrective actions to support uninterrupted patient care. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, team development, and collaboration with clinical and operational leaders.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations or related field.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team in a supervisory role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily central supply, receiving, inventory control and distribution activities.
• Coordinate movement of supplies from central storage to departments and units.
• Maintain PAR levels, perform cycle counts, and manage recalls or expired items.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, scheduling and performance feedback.
