Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience leading large/complex projects.
• 5+ years healthcare experience.
• Experience with large physician groups preferred.
• PMI certifications (PMI-ACP, PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.
• Facilitate collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Evaluate outcomes and apply lessons learned for future projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Develop and implement project plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to leadership.
• Allocate resources to meet project demands and priorities.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to stay on track.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
