Job summary

GLG is seeking healthcare focused Associates who are excited to learn and excel at best-in-class client service in a merit-based, team-oriented environment. You will drive projects end-to-end, connect clients with experts, and grow your skills through onboarding and coaching.

As an Associate, you’ll develop client relationships, negotiate, and manage multiple projects while adapting to a fast-paced, globally distributed team. A Bachelor's degree and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or higher.
• 0-3 years in client-facing, sales, or account management roles.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engaging daily with clients to build relationships, deliver tailored support, and deploy custom solutions.
• Owning client projects from start to finish – scoping, recruiting experts, and delivering outcomes.
• Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to maximize commercial outcomes and revenue.
