POSITION SUMMARY:Radiology Partners is hiring an Immigration Coordinator. The individual will work with key stakeholders and outside counsel to assist with end-to-end immigration procedures to ensure lawful work authorizations across the Practice. The Immigration Coordinator will promote a positive, seamless experience through proactive management of all immigration actions.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage end-to-end immigration processes for candidates and employees, collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Organize, maintain, and submit legal documents to outside counsel and leadership.
- Track case statuses, meet deadlines, and communicate updates to HR and hiring managers.
- Ensure compliance with visa procedures, required postings, and processing timelines.
- Oversee vendor management, including approvals, invoicing, and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Monitor visa expirations and coordinate timely refiling with outside counsel.
- Provide support to People & Culture and Labor & Employment teams as needed.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:- Bachelor’s, Associate’s degree, or Paralegal Certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of national-level immigration case experience.
- Experience in a large medical practice or law firm preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and deadlines autonomously.
- Skilled in risk assessment, negotiation, and decision-making under pressure.
COMPENSATION:The salary range for this position is $62.5K - $75K. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
