EY-Parthenon is seeking a Managing Director in Healthcare Investment Banking to provide strategic advice on M&A and capital markets. This role includes leading the Payor Services practice and executing transactions, leveraging EY’s extensive relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related work experience in investment banking.
• Extensive experience in M&A transactions.
• Existing Series 7/79 and 63 licenses in good standing.
