EY-Parthenon is seeking a Managing Director in Healthcare Investment Banking to provide advisory services on M&A and capital markets. You will lead the Payor Services practice, with a focus on comprehensive investment banking solutions.

Candidates should have extensive investment banking experience, ideally in M&A, as well as strong leadership and relationship-building skills. The position offers a competitive salary range of $265,000 to $325,000, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• A bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of directly related work experience; or a graduate degree and at least 7 years of related work experience.
• Extensive investment banking experience, particularly originating and executing M&A transactions.
• Existing Series 7 and/or 79 plus Series 63 securities licenses (in good standing).

Responsabilidades

• Provide clients with advice on M&A and capital markets alternatives.
• Lead the execution of investment banking engagements in Payor Services.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
