• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to diagnose system issues and determine repairs or adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, and maintain HVAC control systems and BAS.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Maintain detailed documentation of service activities and configurations.
• Provide training and support to staff on system usage.
• Assist with weekend scheduling, on-call rotation, or overtime as needed.
