• 10+ years HR leadership in healthcare setting.
• Experience in Joint Commission accredited healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

• Advise employees on employment matters, policies, benefits, and HR questions.
• Maintain positive employee relations and resolve conflicts.
• Develop and administer HR policies and Employee Handbook.
• Coordinate communications on benefits, training, and engagement.
• Oversee recruitment, including outreach and events.
• Oversee onboarding and secure personnel records.
• Administer benefits programs and enrollments.
• Manage HRIS data entry (Paylocity) and reporting.
• Plan annual HR activities and open enrollment.
