Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and lead housekeeping and/or laundry team.
• Develop and maintain department schedule to ensure adequate staffing.
• Performs periodic inspections of the building and grounds to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other staff to address resident needs and safety.
• Ensure facility policies are followed and updated as needed.
• Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies.
