Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in support services, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a service-facing role.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and review standards and procedures for all staff annually.
• Plan work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and training new associates.
• Orient, develop, and supervise all housekeeping staff.
• Conduct regular inspections and provide facility recommendations.
• Prepare monthly reports on goals, progress, and plans.
• Provide ongoing staff education and training.
• Communicate with staff, administration, and other departments.
• Coordinate external services such as pest control and waste management.
