Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a leadership role in healthcare or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols and infection control measures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure high cleanliness and service standards.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to meet regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure standards and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with other departments to address cleanliness or maintenance concerns.
• Develop and manage budgets for housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance services and outcomes.
